Mr. Spinnato is CFO of National Asset Direct, Inc. (NAD) and one of DellaCamera Capital Master Fund, Ltd's. (DCM) Partners. Prior to forming DCM and NAD, Mr. Spinnato held positions at Guggenheim Capital Markets, LLC, Maxcor Financial, Inc, CIBC World Markets and Argosy Securities Group, LP. Mr. Spinnato also worked at Lehman Brothers in their Corporate Advisory Group. Mr. Spinnato began his career as an auditor for Grant Thornton.

He has over 20 years of experience and is a Certified Public Accountant.
