Ms. Dant has been with National Asset Direct, Inc. and the iServe Companies for five years as General Counsel. During her tenure, Ms. Dant has managed all legal aspects of the companies’ businesses with a heavy emphasis on the purchase and disposition of whole loan assets and real estate, including the purchase of $250 million in UPB of whole loan assets and real estate from seventeen (17) sellers.

Prior to joining NAD, Ms. Dant was the Associate General Counsel at Accredited Home Lenders in charge of Finance. At Accredited Home Lenders, Ms. Dant specialized in secondary markets, whole loan trading, warehouse financing and securitizations in the United States and Canada from both a business and legal perspective. Ms. Dant directly managed fourteen (14) warehouse facilities totaling over $30 billion in available funds. In addition, Ms. Dant sold $2 to $3 billion in residential assets per month (10 to 20 sales per month).

Ms. Dant has over 12 years of experience in the residential lending arena and over 20 years of experience as a business-oriented finance, real estate and secured transactions attorney.

Ms. Dant holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Irvine and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California where she was a member of Law Review.
