Mark V. Ferraro Chief Strategic Officer, Board Member, Division President
Mr. Ferraro is the Chief Strategic Officer of National Asset Direct (NAD). Mark develops strategic planning for the company and is currently focused on growth initiatives; capital markets strategies and rationalized optimization of revenues and profitability of operating companies.
Mr. Ferraro has spent over a decade in private equity, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, mortgage and the hedge fund space. Mr. Ferraro’s experience in these areas is on both the deal side and management side of operating/portfolio companies.
Mr. Ferraro started his career at the large Wall Street firm of Debevoise & Plimpton, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity projects and capital markets activities. Mark left Debevoise & Plimpton to run a New Jersey based mortgage company and then become a senior member of a private equity group headed by national political figures.
Mr. Ferraro graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, summa cum laude, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was the winner of the Philo Bennett Prize. Mr. Ferraro attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he was a Senior Editor with the Journal of International Economic Law. Mr. Ferraro has been published in periodicals on various topics.
