Louis Amaya Principal / Chief Investment Officer / Chief Operating Officer
• Prior to co-founding NAD Inc., Louis Amaya was the Director of the Servicing Capital Group (SCG) at GMAC RFC.
• The SCG is a group Mr. Amaya created and in this role, oversaw the management and disposition of a multi-billion dollar non-performing portfolio.
• Prior to creating the SCG, Mr. Amaya was Director of Asset Management Operations, which included loss mitigation and REO operations.
• Mr. Amaya has over 18 years of subprime mortgage banking experience in various roles including, project management, operations, origination, capital markets, among others. Mr. Amaya has worked at several of the top subprime servicing companies including Cal-Western Reconveyance Corporation, GMAC RFC, Homecomings Financial, Option One Mortgage, GreenPoint Credit and Peoples Bank.
• Mr. Amaya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
• Mr. Amaya holds a California real estate broker's license and is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, American Bankers Association and REOMAC.
