Mr. Kurtz is CEO of National Asset Direct, Inc. (NAD) and one of DellaCamera Capital Master Fund, Ltd's. (DCM) Partners and Portfolio Manager’s. Mr. Kurtz oversees NAD and its subsidiary business platforms, directing strategic planning and management. Mr. Kurtz’s led the start-up of NAD and its subsidiary companies.

Prior to forming DCM and NAD, Mr. Kurtz was a senior analyst/portfolio manager at Guggenheim Capital Markets in the Leveraged Finance Group. Prior to that, Mr. Kurtz was the co-founder of a hedge fund, Spectrum Investment Partners, LP specializing in bridge loans and secondary debt purchases.

Mr. Kurtz was also a Portfolio Manager at Elliott Associates, LP for 5 years. Mr. Kurtz began his career as a bankruptcy attorney for Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LP. He has 20 years of experience.
